From the Golden Era of Bodybuilding, Ric Drasin is now offering a Personalized Training & Diet Program designed especially for YOU and your goals in fitness and Bodybuilding.

Ric has been a name in bodybuilding and professional wrestling since the mid 1960's and was Schwarzenegger's workout partner for 4 years along with such greats as Draper, Columbu, Zane, Mentzer, Robbinson, Guiliani, Waller and more.

Undoubtedly, the Golden Era turned out the best bodies ever, and the training and diet back then was like none other today. We had the formula and it worked.


This is NOT a plan just thrown to you at random like some trainers do, and your current workout and diet will be evaluated by Ric personally and then restructured to suit your goals and desires. Ric will be available to you 7 days a week via email and will personally respond to your emails and questions, helping you reach your goals and bust those through those tough plateaus you've been working on.
